Per incollarli bisognava inumidirli con una spugnetta imbevuta di LHS-LHS2-LHM.

Le ID-DS ebbero comunque una certa diffusione anche nei paesi coloniali ... rammento di avere visto delle immagini di Dakar risalenti al 1963 - il Senegal aveva da poco raggiunto l'indipendenza - e nelle vie centrali della capitale si vedono un certo numero di ID-DS in mezzo a Renault 4 CV e Dauphine, Simca Aronde, Peugeot 403 e 404, etc.
